This house was derelict when we took on the project. Neglected for years, the stairs had collapsed, ceiling joists had fallen into the kitchen and the garden was an impenetrable jungle.

We could see that it had been a grand house and wanted to bring it back to life rather than see it knocked down. The project was as extensive as a project can be. The entire house was stripped back to the bare brickwork inside and we added a large two storey extension. The interior was completely re-configured and rebuilt to suit modern family living.

We had great fun designing the layout, the kitchen, utility and three bathrooms for the house, creating a beautiful family home. Not an inch of the house was left untouched. Projects like this always show how our team consists of every conceivable trade, carrying out every type of home improvement project within one large project, all managed by Richard or Nicola.
